
DISCLAIMER
- We only use
good
quality professional paints that are EEC and UK
approved and glitters
that are safe for cosmetic
use
- Our paints are water based and designed
for use on skin including bodies and faces.
- We will not
paint anyone who
does not want to be painted, anyone who has a skin
condition i.e. eczema, chicken pox,
conjunctivitis, cuts or bruises or
anyone who
seems unwell.
- If a person has an area that can’t be painted we
will try and paint something on an unaffected
area, e.g. their arm.
- We will only paint children who are 3 years or
over. Children’s
skin under
3 is sensitive and the
immune system is still in
development so
there may
be
a risk of prompting a future sensitivity or
allergy.
- We reserve
the right to
refuse to paint a person or part of a person we
feel is
unsuitable, or with what we consider to be
offensive symbols or
subjects.
We will not paint
anyone who is abusive,
violent or
intoxicated.
- We will not
paint anyone
against their wishes, however young they are.
- We ask that
the person to be
painted has a clean face.
- We always
use a clean sponge
and fresh water for each person being painted and
all
of our equipment is cleaned after each event.
- Please do
not let children touch the work table,
paints or
equipment in the face
painting area. We will not
be liable for any damages or injuries should
this
occur. We have a small
step on the chair to help people in and
out.
- We are
CRB
checked, but please do
not leave children
unattended in the face painting
area, we are not
childminders.

Children’s
behaviour and safety are the responsibility of the
client or the parents
attending the
event.

Face Paints
can be easily
removed by washing with soap or baby shampoo and
plenty of
water or with baby wipes however sSome
colours may
stain the skin
temporarily.

Clothes
that
have been in contact with face
paints should be soaked in cold water
before
washing normally.
